Paid Time Off (PTO) |
| TECNEX Employees are given a bank of days to be used at their discretion. Depending on length of employment with the company, employees will receive 15, 20 or 25 days annually. |
Holidays |
| In addition to paid time off, TECNEX observes 8 days of holidays within the calendar year. Full-time regular employees are eligible for holiday pay. |
Employee Retention Committee |
| To retain high quality, skilled employees and maintain standards an “Employee Retention Committee” consisting of, nominated by existing employees and headed by the Company President manages the company work environments, ethics and employee morale. This committee works with assistance of a recognized employee counselor service or specialist. |
Golden Stars Club |
| The "Golden Stars Club" is a company wide program designed to honor performance excellence for selected individuals. All employees are eligible to receive the honor of becoming a member to the "Golden Stars Club". Pre-requisites are that an employee has to have completed at least 12 full months of service with TECNEX and is nominated by an existing employee. The "Golden Stars Club" members enjoy different privileges and activities during the calendar year. |
